Pre-orders
With a pre-order, you purchase a product that is currently out of stock or will be available shortly.

At checkout, we may not collect any payment or we may require only a partial deposit.

Your payment method will be stored, and the full amount (or the remaining balance) will be charged when the order is fulfilled.

You may cancel a partially paid pre-order as long as it has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Try Before You Buy
When choosing the "try before you buy" option, we authorize your payment method before shipping the order.
