Returns & Refunds Policy

You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please have your receipt or proof of purchase ready.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care products: Including beauty products.

  • Custom products: Special orders or personalized items.

  • Perishables: Food, flowers, or plants.

  • Hazardous materials: Flammable liquids or gases.

  • Sale items and gift cards: These are final sale.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 30-Day Cooling-Off Period If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days for any reason and without justification. The item must still meet the conditions stated above (original packaging, tags, proof of purchase).

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at hello.amoireme@gmail.com.
